Kavitha Srinivasan (Known as Kay S) is our Director of The Happiness Strategy Roadshow and is known in the corporate world for being a serial entrepreneur, business consultant, International award-winning author with multiple books published and a gifted motivational speaker.
Kay's mission is clear: to enhance, enrich, inspire, and impact the lives of professionals and partners within her network. Her passion to live her purpose drives her to bring The Happiness Strategy Roadshow to the corporate world, while also being available for consulting and speaking opportunities, eager to share her wealth of knowledge and wisdom from her career which covers diverse roles, from Business Development in E-learning and Assistant Director at a University to Director of Customer Excellence in Edtech and Global Head of Projects.
Kay's professional journey began in the healthcare field in New York, USA, but her entrepreneurial spirit led her to turn Aptech – Kengeri, at a young age of 26, into a landmark multi million dollar venture upon her return to the Indian market. She has established and transitioned successful businesses, and as the CEO of K&S International, she aims to revolutionize the global trading space with innovative, disruptive products in the F&B, and Lifestyle sectors.
