About Judy

A former Legal Director of a Dubai based private equity firm focused on investments linked with the GCC.
She has managed funds of over US$250 million and coordinated commercial and corporate legal matters for the company, its special purpose vehicles (SPVs), funds and 16 portfolio companies while ensuring that proper legal documentation was in place to structure investments.
She trained and practiced as a lawyer in both the USA and the UK for over 8 years working on projects in the telecoms, energy, hospitality, media, oil and gas and construction industries before she moved to the GCC.
